- Producing, leading and being the production authority on shoots
- Creatively producing best value, innovative and integrated shoots that fulfil the creative vision and optimize the creative opportunity, feasibility checks, art buying of creative capture (directors / videographers / photographers) when required
- Procuring appropriate production resources, managing production costs (bids / estimate reviews, negotiations, and payments)
- Management of production timelines (pre-production, shoot and post schedules)
- Implementing correct Business Affairs procedures, product sample sourcing and provision,
- Securing athlete and talent attendance (together with Communications and Sports Marketing / Culture Marketing),
- Travel requirements of non-adidas persons, on-set attendance, and production,
- Facilitating the post-production, retouching / editing to English language master process,
- Supporting music sourcing and licensing, production wrapping and initiating cost reconciliations and shoot image / footage archiving.

- Solid internal and external resourcing of producers and production support to service internal clients and balanced allocation of workload
- Financial efficiency of Communications production budgets and OOH including travel and expenses
- Experience in cross-media (print, digital and TV) shoot or event production with knowledge of producing in worldwide locations / for worldwide markets
- Working knowledge of production in client, agency and production company / house
- Experience within or servicing an international brand
- Budget management and cost negotiations of 100K plus budgets
- Experience in working with athletes and / or celebrities
- Solid understanding of marketing industries, processes and communication channels
- Experience in contributing to the development and deployment of marketing strategic / operational initiatives
- Broad understanding and passion for the sports industry

- Able and willing to travel locally, within Europe and internationally at short notice up to 40% annually
- 4+ years’ experience in cross-media (print, digital and TV) shoot production with knowledge of producing in worldwide locations / for worldwide markets
- Experience in managing a mixed model internal / external team an advantage
- Proven strong academics including a Shoot Production, Marketing, Business, Art or related degree or equivalent experience
- Experience client-side within an international brand is an advantage
- Experience within sporting goods and / or fashion brands an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Apple OS
- Fluent (spoken and written) in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
