Location : Meelunie Amsterdam, Headquarters

Tasks and responsibilities:

As a Commercial Assistant (CA), you’ll play a crucial support role in our commercial department. You’ll work closely with the Traders and Product Managers to make sure we meet our customer’s needs and their expectations.

Specific tasks : Contract Administration, currency hedging, and streamlining
In this role, you’ll be the key connection between our various departments: logistics, commerce, and finance, ensuring smooth business operations and order processing. Your focus will be accurately entering orders into our ERP system and ensuring they meet all necessary qualifications.

Throughout the process, you’ll have multiple interactions with all different departments. You’ll encounter special circumstances, unforeseen challenges, and specific client requests. Your responsibility will be to reach out to the relevant stakeholders, using your insight, anticipation, and proactive approach.

Skills & experience:

  • Minimum Higher Vocational Education level of work and thinking
  • IT literate, including all MS Office components, and knowledge of MS365 ERP or AX Dynamics is a plus; any previous CRM experience would be considered very advantageous.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role in a commercial environment

You:

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels, internally and externally. English is the first language in our office, good command of English is required. Any additional language is a plus. Dutch is not required but learning it is helpful.
  • Ability to build open, trustworthy relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, while keeping focus and attention to detail.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Professional image, business-oriented, and a self-starter attitude.
