Your role

In this role you employ your copywriting- and organisational skills while broadening your marketing experience within a global organisation. Working closely with the Global Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing Manager, you contribute to the development and execution of creative marketing campaigns and strategies;- You work alongside experienced marketing professionals and creatives, collaborating on the development of new materials such as video’s, CRM e-mail campaigns and graphic designs for print. You coordinate the entire production, all the way from planning and content creation to publication and reporting;
- Data is crucial to continuously improve and challenge our way of working therefore you support the Global Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing Manager with analytics on talent acquisition, employer branding and recruitment marketing results and progress. This includes providing insights on the performance of our career page, social media campaigns, and recruitment marketing tools such as Beamery and Broadbean. Your insights will help inform decision-making and optimize the candidate journey and conversion.
Your track record
- You have excellent skills in English, written and verbal;
- You have a minimum of years’ experience in content creation or media production;
- You are creative, you have a passion for marketing and you are keen to learn about recruitment;
- A completed education in media production, communication or journalism is a plus.
