Over two amazing years, you will go through three goal-oriented assignments, where you'll quickly acquire a broad knowledge, experience our business from different perspectives and gain a deep understanding of Siemens and Digital Industries in particular. You will improve your intercultural competence and become a more effective communicator across cultures.
In the Business Unit Factory Automation, you will be involved with further developing our Industrial Edge Ecosystem. An innovative, open, ready-to-use Edge computing platform for industry – created by industry. Your focus is on the operations of a B2B platform business and the required elements of digital transformation at customers, partners and own organization! This program starts in the Netherlands, at the Dutch Head Quarters of Siemens in The Hague.
Your mission will be
- Supporting the growth of our community of users, partners, and developers.
- Developing and executing community activities like events, webinars etc to accelerate the B2B platform business.
- Supporting the learning journey of ecosystem participants with tutorials and documentation.
- Analyzing ecosystem activities, deriving measures and executing on insights, partner & customer requirements.
- Integrating activities between Siemens AG Head Quarters Erlangen (DE) and Mendix in Rotterdam (NL).

Your Success is grounded in

- Master's degree in Business & Engineering, Automation, Information systems or Technical Marketing or similar studies.
- Maximum of 3 years working experience between bachelor and master and maximum of 1 year after graduation.
- Significant international experience (studies/working/living for minimum of 4 months) and intercultural orientation.
- Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills in English. it is also very welcome if you are proficient in Dutch and/or German.
